I had various ideas for the title of my film opening. I created a survey and included the following titles: me and I, the one that walks behind me, and me and my shadow. I asked a group of teenagers between 15-25 about their preferences. Here are the results of the survey:
I selected the font graphic psychopathy for my title. I really like this font because it seems as if someone has written it by hand. It clearly matches with the theme of horror, reinforcing it's genre. As it is not very well known, the audience will directly link this font with my film. It will appear at the end of the film opening, in the last shot. The letters will be in black and red colors. It will be on top of a wide shot of the forest, with Lucy running away in the back. “Me and” will be written in black letters, and “I” will be in red. By combining two different colors in the same title, it will represent the disorder the protagonist suffers and her two different identities. When my audience sees the title of my film, I want them to feel fear and terror.
