I tried to maintain a homogenised colour palette throughout all of my products including the music video, digipak, artist website and social media . This means they all include the same colour schemes and tones. vintage and nostalgic vibe, with a focus on pastel and muted colours. The colour palette I used includes shades of pink, blue, gold, as well as soft and warm neutral tones like beige, ivory, and peach.

Black is also a very predominant colour I will be using, especially in my social media and artist website. My aim for the colour palette is to evoke a sense of nostalgia for a bygone era. After having decided this, I decided to take the photoshoot with my artist and use clothes and backgrounds which would fit in with this aesthetic. More than half of my music video is set indoors, and all of the photos I used in my digipak are from an interior set. This is the main reason why I decided to take most of the images inside. She is normally placed at the centre and therefore the main point of attention. In relation to the shot type, I focused on taking varied photos in order to include diversity within my social media. Using a variety of shot types can add diversity to the feed, preventing it from becoming monotonous and repetitive, and further on keeping it visually interesting and engaging. A large number of my photos are mid shots as my aim was for the audience to familiarise with her face as well as her style. Before taking the photoshoot I already knew I wanted to use the 3x1 structure in the feed therefore most of the images are horizontal. This will be useful later when using photoshop to cut the images down into three. I decided not to focus on landscapes or anything else and just feature Jules in a variety of situations and locations. I also included different angles such as high angle, low angle and eye-level, making the composition of images more visually interesting and unique.

I carefully planned and thought about the clothes I will be using for the photos of my artists. They add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the instagram feed, therefore I selected clothes which contain the colours present in my palette and colour scheme. They help to create a personal brand that reflects the artist's personality, style, and values. One piece of clothing which appears in more than one image is a gold long dress. I think this fits in perfectly as this colour has connotations of success and achievement. I have placed it against a black background making it stand out even more. Other pieces of clothing I have used are a white dress, a green blouse and light blue dress. All of these reinforce the image and branding I have created for my persona. In relation to the locations I have used to take the photos, they are not very varied. Most of them are images taken against a plain black and white wall. Amongst this one, I have also used other settings such as a living room and an exterior setting.
